From 5in to 14in(35cm), round or square, Silverwood's extensive range of cake pans provides the complete answer to your needs. The pans are made from an alloy that distributes heat evenly throughout the cake. In common with many professional bakers and cake makers, you will find cooking times can often be reduced.

With a loose base, removing even a large fruit cake is easy - just stand the pan over an appropriate 'lifter' and ease away the body, leaving the finished cake sitting undamaged on its base.
