The Truka Heat Diffuser provides a hot air cushion, distributing the heat evenly and helps prevent food from sticking, burning or boiling over. Ideal for simmering sauces, casseroles and soup.

Made from double layer tin it is compatible with most brands of saucepans and can also be used when a flame is too large, or to prevent pans from over boiling.

Can be used directly on gas, electric or solid fuel cookers.Not suitable for induction hobs.
