Everything over £40.00 has FREE delivery to the UK.
Under £40.00 the postage and packing charge is £3.95 flat rate for items in stock for UK Delivery.
Europe & Overseas - We will happily deliver to these countries however there is no free postage available and once ordered we will contact you regarding the postage charges. We will only charge what the postal services charge us for delivery, no extra. We will then inform you of this rate and if you are happy to go ahead with the order. This includes Channel Islands (Guernsey), Channel Islands (Jersey)
We hold a large stock in the shop but occasionally an item may be out of stock and we have to re-order. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know when we expect the item to be delivered.
We dispatch your goods from stock using Royal Mail, Parcel Force or My Hermes
Goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order.
If the item is instock please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
If you prefer you can collect orders from our shop - simply mention this under Special Requests during the checkout process or email us. Your postage will be refunded in the shop.
Returns - We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase but should you need to return an item please ensure it is unused and has its original packaging. You have 14 days in which to return the goods. Return postage is your respondsibility unless an item is faulty.

Please note that all knives on www.peppercorn.net are not for sale to people under the age of 18. By placing an order for a knife, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. This item must be used responsibly and appropriately.
