Croquembouche, or 'crunch in the mouth', is a deliciously decadent, towering stack of vanilla cream-filled profiteroles bound together in a pyramid by a cobweb of caramel. Traditionally served at weddings in France, this mould from Silverwood lets you create a more sensibly sized stack, perfect for a dinner party and sure to have guests gasping in amazement. Anodised aluminium with an easy-clean, non-stick centre, it forms a cone around which the croquembouche can be built - 60 profiteroles will cover the cone but the sky's the limit!
